• Greeney may store, distribute, display, and perform your User Content for the purpose of providing the Service.
• Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any applicable laws.
• Your User Content does not promote any NSFW related, pornographic content on the platform.

Greeney and its licensors retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the Service. No right, title, or interest in or to the Service is transferred to you, other than the limited license granted under these Terms.

While using Greeney, you agree not to :

• Engage in harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior toward other users.
• Post, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.

If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the laws of the country where Greeney is headquartered. Greeney does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16 without verifiable parental consent, in compliance with GDPR. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a child under the age of 16 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

By creating an account, you agree to receive promotional materials, newsletters, and other communications from Greeney unless you opt out by changing your communication preferences. We may also display third-party advertisements within the Service. Advertisements will not involve the sharing of personal data unless explicit consent has been obtained.

Greeney may introduce new features or services in a beta phase, which may not be fully functional or may undergo changes. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the intent of the original provision.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by Greeney, constitute the entire agreement between you and Greeney with respect to the use of the Service. Any previous agreements or understandings are superseded by these Terms.

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms by Greeney shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition, and any failure by Greeney to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
